Hi Eddie.
You can update a Renter’s information before they log into their account. If this option is available, you’ll see the EDIT button available in their profile. From there, once selecting Edit, you can change/update an individual’s name, email, and phone number.
Once they log into their account, the landlord will lose access to make changes to their contact information and you will need to reach out to TurboTenant support to update that information for you.
