Welcome to the Better Landlords Forum! This is a place for discussions about all things related to real estate investing. If you’re just testing the waters to see if real estate’s right for you, or if you’ve got a massive portfolio spanning multiple states, everyone is welcome here.

You can find a list of our rules in the TurboTenant Terms of Service, but in general we hope you use this space for productive, friendly conversation about investing and landlording.

    How to Use the Forum

To participate in the forum, you’ll either need to make a new account, or use your existing TurboTenant credentials to log in. Don’t worry, both options are totally free.

For simplicity’s sake, I’ll orient you on the desktop experience, but you can absolutely peruse the forum on mobile as well.

You can choose specific Topics on the left, or click on the Home button on the left and you’ll find the same Topics listed in the middle of the screen. Click in and poke around!

Create posts using the big Create post button in the middle of your screen. Inside a post, you can upvote or downvote the post itself, as well as comments below the post. You can leave your own comments, and you can also Share that post to various social sites. Subscribing to a post means you’ll be notified by email whenever there are additional comments.

In the top right, you can click into your profile. Here you can upload a profile picture, cover photo, and set your Username. The Username can be anything you want, and it’s what will display next to your posts and comments in the forum.

    What is TurboTenant?

If you’re new here, you might be wondering what TurboTenant is all about, so I’ll lay it out for you. TurboTenant is the all-in-one landlord software beloved by over 700k real estate investors across America. With us, you can maximize your cash flow by self-managing more effectively.

Our platform makes it simple to market your listing, screen tenants, create state-specific lease agreements, collect rent, coordinate messages and maintenance requests, and track all your accounting. It’s completely free for landlords to use, and signing up to use this forum means you’ve already got an account.

Check out turbotenant.com for a more robust overview of our features, or just pop into your account and start seeing how we can transform your property management business.

    Helpful Resources

You’ll find a few links on the left, right, and bottom of the forum so that you can stay up to date on all the education and events that our team creates. Our Support Center is a great resource for mastering our software, and you can also pop into the TurboTenant Support Topic for specific questions.

Thanks for the forum! I was wondering about a community just for landlords as I was reluctant to join the chamber of commerce I considered it a little too generalistic.
