Hey Landlords I am a real estate investor based in North Carolina, with rental properties in both Cincinnati, OH, and Greenville, NC. I invest with my husband. In Cincinnati, we currently own and manage 2 Section 8 rental properties, providing affordable housing options for tenants while ensuring reliable returns. In Greenville, NC, I own and operate 4 rental properties, 2 are furnished rentals typically leased to traveling medical professions and the other two are undergoing renovations. focusing on long-term value and growth in the local market. My goal is to provide clean safe and functional housing for tenants while networking and connecting with other landlords and learning along the way.
