Hi Jesse! It’s great to meet you. I live in California too, but my rental property is in Virginia. I’m in the process of learning more about building my portfolio and would love to hear any tips you have for managing rentals remotely. The current ones have been amazing! but the 2 former tenants not so much. I definitely have some tenant horror stories to share.
