Hi everyone! My name is Evelyn, and I’m a California-based landlord managing a rental property in Virginia. I’m currently exploring the idea of setting up an LLC to manage my rental property in Virginia, but I’m new to this process and could use some guidance.
I’d love to hear from anyone who has experience or insights about forming an LLC and/or managing several properties. My goal is to become an active investor and expand my portfolio.
I have experience in real estate, I was a Mortgage LO for a few years and bought my first home in 2021 then turned it into a rental in 2022. I’ve had bad luck and good luck all together, no complaints. Turbo tenant was recommended to me by a friend and it’s made a huge positive impact on how I manage my rental.
